The Work Ahead is the party’s flagship on economic mobility and future-of-work policy. We will not design one-size-fits-all labour policy. We will build it region by region.

What this group exists to do.
Mission. Design regionally grounded policies that restore economic stability and upward mobility for working Ontarians.
These are the initial deliverables adopted in the June 2025 Strategic Identity Framework. Target launch through 2026. First public deliverable within six weeks of each group’s Chair being appointed.
