The research that shapes every pillar of our platform will be public. The methodology will be public. The datasets will be downloadable. If it is not here, we did not do it.
Q3 2026 target
The Civility Index.
A quarterly measurement of political discourse across Ontario’s four major parties. The methodology is being drafted now. First scoring will publish in Q3 2026 with raw data and per-component weights fully public. If ours drops below any other party, we will publish that fact.
Score components being developed:
- Evidence density — % of public statements backed by a cited source
- Opposition-naming — frequency of attack-framing vs. proposal-framing
- Claim verifiability — % of claims verifiable from public data
- Corrections issued — how often a party issues corrections
- Policy substantiveness — average detail per public communication
