02 Fair and balanced rental policies+
Introduce Landlord-Tenant Fairness Measures: protect renters from excessive rent hikes while ensuring landlords have fair legal protections against non-paying tenants. Establish a Rent Dispute Resolution System that reduces eviction delays but protects tenants in hardship. Tax credits for landlords who maintain and upgrade rental properties.
03 Infrastructure for growth and trade+
$10 billion over ten years for roads, highways, ports, and transportation hubs. Expand public transit networks. Smart traffic management systems for urban mobility.
