These are the initial deliverables adopted in the June 2025 Strategic Identity Framework. Target launch through 2026. First public deliverable within six weeks of each group’s Chair being appointed.
01 / Convening
Coffee with the Other Side.
Planned intimate roundtables in Ontario ridings. Target: 10 per year once Core 5 team is formed.

The Civility Index.
Quarterly audit of Ontario political discourse. Methodology in development. First publication Q3 2026.
IN DEVELOPMENT

Civic literacy kits.
Planned distribution to Ontario classrooms. Cross-partisan content intended for review by educators from all four parties.
